The first contact is made by email at now@terenaa.com.
You describe your project and what is important to you at that moment, as well as what you would like to work on, which gives us a starting point.
You will receive a form with a few specific questions that will allow me to better understand your request.

DIALOGUE —-
Initial session offering activation and situation mapping.
Duration: 1–1.5 hours | Price: €222 | Via Zoom (recording provided)
An intense and lively session, guided by your intention and whatever emerges in the moment.
Objective: To reveal the blind spots in your project and your expression based on your true axis — and give you concrete benchmarks for the future.
No special preparation required: We work with what is available today.
For optimal results, it is strongly recommended that you arrive rested and with a clear head.

The DIALOGUE session is designed as a single entry point into the process – it takes place only once per person and per project.

THE BODY
(learning to embody clarity)
6 weeks – 5 sessions (1–1.5 hours each, including one 2-hour session) – €1,600.
You learn to listen to your inner and physical signals, discerning what wants to emerge and what hinders your expression.You develop conscious awareness of your alignment so that you can transfer it to your direction and positioning in your creative universe.
This cycle activates your expression through your body, down to the finest nuances.
Little by little, your inner axis is embodied in your posture, your voice, your gestures, your decisions and your actions.
The objective: to embody your essence with clarity and awareness.
DENSITY
(assume responsibility, synchronise, implement)
3 months – 10 sessions (1–1.5 hours each, including 2 sessions of 2 hours) – €2,500 – Weekly WhatsApp follow-up.
The work deepens and broadens: it is about synchronising all levels of your being so that your expression becomes coherent, autonomous, conscious and impactful.It is no longer just about discerning or activating: it is about embracing your human and creative uniqueness while operating with fluidity and discernment.
Little by little, a density sets in: your presence becomes conscious and legible, capable of illuminating your collaborations, initiatives and interactions in a lasting way.
All sessions are recorded on Zoom.
These sessions emphasize the embodied synchronisation of consciousness and confident, assertive presence, ensuring an innovative, strategic and creative approach.
